Portable Oxy Fuel Cutting Machine is manufactured by us is renowned across the country for its optimum quality, functionality and energy-efficiency. In order to sustain harsh site conditions, the machine is made using steel. For easy accessibility to the clamping chain, the machine uses the available chains, rather than specially designed chains.

Machine Operation:
  • Select proper clamping chain as per diameter. Slide the machine along with chain on to the pipe.
  • Tighten the nut on top to tighten the chain Adjust cutting torch as per requirement.
  • Start gas supply to ignite torch.
  • Adjust flame length with the height adjustment knob.
  • For cutting the pipe, start push the toggle switch to forward.
  • The Machine starts indexing round on the pipe diameter by moving the knob on the drive the indxing speed can be controlled.
  • As the machine rotates along the diameter, the torch cuts the pipe.
  • Beveling can also be done by adjusting torch angle.
  • Bevel degree can be varied from vertical to max 45, as can be ascertained by the engraved degree dial on the machine.
  • Fixed length chains are supplied readily with machine for standard pipe diameters.
  • Machine mounts on Pipe OD and on rotating handle indexes around the pipe simultaneously cutting the pipe.
